Returns & Exchanges

At OLIPHANT Design, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected.
